Limited Warranty

RAS Industries provides to the original purchaser of Life-Time Poly-Millwork products a limited LIFETIME WARRANTY on polyurethane material. This warranty provides that the LIfe-Time products are free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damages from improper handling, improper installation or unintended use. This warranty requires that a finish coat of paint must be applied within ninety days of purchase or the warranty will be void. Failure to follow recommended installation procedures will void this warranty. If a defect is found, a customer must notify RAS Industries in writing within thirty days of discovering the defect. RAS Industries reserves the right to review the situation and determine if replacement or repair is appropriate. The warranty does not include finishes.

Liability

This company's liability is limited to replacing the defective merchandise only, but not for any liability for labor, transportation cost, damage. or other expenses of any kind incurred in connection with the sale or the use of this product. For return of any defective merchandise, RAS industries must first issue a Return Goods Authorization. RAS industries shall have no liability to any firm, agency, corporation, or individual for incidental or consequential damages such as, but not limited to lost profits or sales, constriction / finishing / renovation costs, labor, product damages by freight carriers, freight charges or the like. No customer or purchaser may take any deductions, credits, setoffs or the like against any amount owed RAS Industries without prior written consent of RAS Industries.

Customer Order Changes

No changes, additions or deletions from original order will be allowed after 48 hours from receipt of order. No cancellation of custom order products.

Return Goods

For return of any defective merchandise, RAS Industries must first issue a Return Goods Authorization. All sales final. No returns accepted
